Adelphi Wharf is a large multi-phase residential development situated on the banks of the River Irwell in Salford, close to Manchester city centre.
The wider development comprises more than 500 residential apartments across three phases and includes a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and townhouses.
Manchester Property Group has been appointed to undertake a substantial programme of external works and improvements across the development.

Scope of Works
Manchester Property Group’s works comprise a significant external works and public realm package, including new paving and hard landscaping, tarmac surfacing, drainage works, fencing, balustrades, external staircases and associated finishing works.
The works are being delivered across multiple phases while coordinating activities around an established residential development.
