Installing EV infrastructure is simple.
Managing it within modern buildings is not.
Built on 25+ years of owning and managing 36,000+ residential properties,
Landmark approaches EV infrastructure as a long-term operational asset.
Why Landmark Infra?
Long-term investors in residential buildings and infrastructure
EV infrastructure delivered across £2.5bn+ of residential developments
Part of the Landmark Group (est. 2000), owning and managing over 36,000 properties nationwide
In-house expertise across insurance, building safety, compliance and block management
Privately owned, with no external shareholders or debt
Our approach is shaped by decades of ownership and operational responsibility — not short-term delivery.
The reality of Part S EV infrastructure
All new-build residential schemes with parking are now legally required to provide EV infrastructure under building regulations.
Once installed, EV chargers must operate within a managed software environment and be maintained indefinitely. This creates an ongoing operational, compliance and liability burden that developers do not want to retain post-completion.
Landmark works with developers to design cost-efficient EV strategies, provides EV chargers at no cost to developers, and then assumes ownership and long-term management of the charging network.
The result is simple:
developers satisfy building regulations, reduce cost and remove long-term liability — while residents benefit from reliable, professionally managed EV facilities.
How it works
We only need basic information to begin to assess and advise, all at our cost. We will then move quickly to provide insights and suggestions to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.
We can work with your technical team and any contractors to advance, whilst reporting to you on savings and improvements.
