About Us
Landmark Infra is the EV infrastructure platform of Landmark Group, established in 2000 and now one of the UK’s largest professional residential property owners.
Across a nationwide portfolio of over 36,000 homes, we understand apartment schemes better than anyone. Our wider platform includes an FCA authorised insurance brokerage protecting over £7bn of assets, an FCA authorised fund manager, and specialist in-house legal and asset management teams. We operate at institutional scale and with long-term ownership in mind.
As electric vehicle (EV) adoption accelerated, we saw the challenge first-hand across our own buildings. We explored partnering with EV providers — but consistently found a gap. Most understood electrical installation yet none understood leasehold structures, insurance risk, managing agents, developer obligations, or the regulatory framework governing apartment living.
So we built the platform ourselves.
Landmark Infra combines deep leasehold expertise with high-quality EV infrastructure delivery. We design, fund, install and operate charging solutions specifically for apartment schemes — aligned with building safety, insurance, and long-term asset management.
We are not installers trying to learn property.
We are property experts who built the right EV solution.
