Full new-build commercial development delivered for Heron Foods in St Helens.
Manchester Property Group delivered the full construction of a new purpose-built retail unit at 20 Lowfield Lane, St Helens, which is now occupied and operating as Heron Foods.
The project involved the complete delivery of the new commercial building from the initial construction works through to completion, creating a modern retail unit ready for occupation.

Scope of Works
Manchester Property Group delivered the full new-build construction package, including groundworks and foundations, structural frame, external envelope and roofing, mechanical and electrical works, internal construction and fit-out, drainage, utilities, hard landscaping and associated external works through to final completion.

The development has been successfully completed and handed over, with the new building now fully operational as a Heron Foods retail store.
