Following the acquisition of the former Cheshire Cheese pub site, we successfully secured planning consent for a six-storey residential development comprising 38 apartments in Manchester’s vibrant Northern Quarter.

The project presented several complex challenges, including a constrained footprint and a prominent position fronting a major road. Through careful design, planning coordination, and efficient project delivery, we transformed the site into a high-quality residential scheme that maximised both space and value.

The development was completed successfully, with all apartments sold prior to practical completion, reflecting the strong market demand and success of the scheme.
