NHG acquired this challenging part-built retail development and successfully delivered the completed scheme, which was pre-let to Asda and is now fully operational as a new convenience store.

The project involved overcoming a number of significant technical and construction issues, including the absence of warranties relating to the existing steel structure and defects associated with the basement waterproofing system, which required extensive remediation works due to incorrect tanking installation.
