NHG acquired this former vacant building in Norbury, London, and successfully secured planning permission for a comprehensive mixed-use redevelopment.

The completed scheme comprises a new gym, let to The Gym Group, a Co-op Food supermarket, and ten high-quality residential apartments, creating a vibrant mixed-use destination that enhances the local area.

As with many urban developments, the project presented a number of challenges. Located within a London Red Route, the site required careful planning and coordination to manage restricted access, limited parking, and complex construction logistics. Through proactive project management and close collaboration with our development team, these challenges were successfully overcome, enabling the scheme to be delivered on time and within budget.
