NHG acquired this former trading petrol filling station in South Wales and undertook a comprehensive redevelopment to create a modern roadside retail destination.

The site was pre-let to Co-op, providing the foundation for a purpose-built development designed to meet the requirements of modern convenience retailing. The completed scheme delivers a new petrol filling station and contemporary retail store, offering an enhanced customer experience and improved operational efficiency.

The project presented a number of logistical challenges due to its remote location. Through careful planning, effective project management, and close coordination with the supply chain, NHG successfully delivered the development on programme, creating a high-quality retail asset for our client.
