This prominent roadside development occupies a highly visible island site located close to Clatterbridge Hospital. The site was formerly occupied by a car showroom and presented significant environmental and remediation challenges due to substantial ground contamination.

Following acquisition, we invested considerable time and expertise into the decontamination and preparation of the site, enabling the successful regeneration of a complex brownfield location.

Planning consent was subsequently secured for a modern roadside scheme incorporating a drive-thru, convenience retail, , and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
