NHG identified the opportunity to reposition this former white goods retail store through a comprehensive subdivision and redevelopment strategy.

The existing building was successfully split and converted into multiple modern retail units, creating a high-quality roadside retail scheme suited to strong local occupier demand. The completed development attracted a number of national covenant tenants, including Tesco Express and Subway, alongside other complementary operators.

The project demonstrates NHG’s ability to unlock value through proactive asset management, repurposing underutilised retail space into a vibrant and fully let mixed retail destination.
