NHG acquired a former vacant roadside site in Necton and successfully transformed the location into a modern roadside retail destination.

The development included the planning and construction of a new petrol filling station and convenience store, alongside a Costa Coffee drive-thru and eight EV charging bays, creating a future-focused scheme designed to meet evolving consumer and transport demands.

Working with its professional team, NHG managed the project through the planning, development and delivery stages, bringing forward a high-quality mixed-use roadside scheme in a prominent and strategic location.
